To be able to pick up the product you would like to return, you should send an email to with the order number, full address (where your order will be collected) and phone number.

Once the package is received in our warehouse or store, the refund is made using the same payment method used for your purchase. It may take 7 business days for the refund to be validated on your payment method. Please, keep in mind that in the refund we cannot contemplate the shipping costs corresponding to the initial purchase.

It is important that your products are in the same condition as they were delivered, keeping the original instructions, accessories, packaging and labels. Returned items will be carefully inspected.
